1. Who We Are

NOVA Signals (the "App", "we", "us") is an informational application that provides trading signals and analytics for metals markets (primarily gold, XAUUSD). The App is owned and operated by Bashar Alasfoor (NOVA / novatradeq8), Kuwait. Contact: novatradeq8@gmail.com.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, and phone number (for account creation and OTP verification).
• Subscription data: subscription status and identifier. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not see or store your card details.
• Usage & device data: device type, operating system, push notification token, and technical logs used for operation and security.
• We do not collect your precise location, and we do not access your contacts or files.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and verify your account via OTP and enable sign-in.
• To deliver signals, alerts, and analytical content and to manage your subscription.
• To send operational notifications (via Apple Push / push notifications) related to signals and updates.
• To improve performance and security and to prevent abuse and fraud.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (providing the service to you), our legitimate interests (security and service improvement), your consent (for notifications), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Service Providers & Third Parties

The App may rely on external data and service providers to power its features, each with its own privacy policy:

• Apple (distribution, payments, notifications).
• Market and fundamentals data providers such as Myfxbook (retail sentiment), Finnhub (news), and FRED and CFTC/CME (economic indicators, COT and rate data). These are public market data sources; we do not share your personal data with them.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our servers (api.novatradeq8.com).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only: with the service providers above as needed to operate the App; when required by a binding legal or judicial request; to protect our rights and the safety of users; or with your consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes described above or to comply with the law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted communications, access controls). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent to notifications. To exercise any right, contact us at novatradeq8@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from them; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored on servers outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfer in accordance with this policy.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version here with a revised effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by the law of the user's country of residence.
